What Every Case Study Should Include
Not every case study will include every field. Each published case study will clearly state what was documented, what was verified, and what remains confidential or unavailable.
How Results Are Verified
Traffic, behavior, and conversion data from the client’s analytics platform.
Google Search Console performance, impressions, clicks, and query data.
Profile views, calls, direction requests, and review trends.
Tracked keyword and local pack ranking positions over time.
Reports on how often the business appears in AI-generated search answers.
Before-and-after screenshots of rankings, profiles, and pages.
Written or verbal confirmation from the client that results are accurate.
Side-by-side comparisons of site, profile, or ranking states.
A published result does not require every source listed. The case study will describe which evidence was available and how it was reviewed.

Each case study will document the business and market, the original problem, the strategy chosen, the work completed, the reasoning behind it, verified results, important limitations, and client feedback when available.
Results should be supported by available evidence such as website analytics, Search Console data, Google Business Profile data, ranking reports, AI visibility reports, screenshots, client confirmation, or before-and-after comparisons. Not every case study will include every source.
Yes. When a client prefers confidentiality, we can publish anonymized case studies that describe the industry, market, and work without naming the business.
Case studies will cover home-service companies, skilled trades, contractors, veteran-owned businesses, and local service businesses. Specific industries will include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, roofing, concrete, and paving.
Clients can participate by approving the release of project details, sharing performance data, providing feedback, and confirming results. Participation is always optional and requires written approval.
Every engagement starts with a clear review of your site, market, and goals.
